Impact: Three-Year grant supporting North 10’s “Be a Gem Crossing” Project The first significant housing development in this community in decades, Be A Gem Crossing offers 41 units of affordable housing for families in our neighborhood in addition to case management and supportive services. Just last week we celebrated move-in day for the first residents!
